Our vision is to be the leader in manufacturing and licensing of safe pasteurized shell eggs (PSE) and pasteurizing technology. This includes expanding food safety practices through increased consumer and food industry awareness, availability and use of safe pasteurized shell eggs, both nationally and internationally. An additional priority is accelerating both category and brand leadership positions in foodservice and retail while upholding our organizational values.
