About: Elizabeth Guerrero

I have been a part of the NPE team since September of 2009 as an Operator Sales Representative in Texas. I graduated from Texas State University in 2009 with my BS in Nutrition and Foods. I knew that I wanted to work in the food industry after being a summer intern in college at a food manufacturer in San Antonio where I experienced that no two days were the same, the industry in constantly changing and there are always cool new innovative products being created. I never thought that I would ever know as much about eggs as I do now. What’s great about my job is that I believe in what I’m selling. I am passionate about food and nutrition. I love to cook and travel and believe the key to any successful diet is moderation.
