Pork and Egg Breakfast Pizzas Recipe

As you know, this year I’m teaming up with Davidson’s Safest Choice® pasteurized eggs for a series of delicious recipes! So far we’ve covered protein-packed snacks with baked scotch eggs, veggies for breakfast with this spring breakfast salad (would be delicious with your favorite fall veggies), an easy dessert with strawberry cookies and cream ice cream (no ice cream maker required!), and a quick back-to-school breakfast with this egg in a hole breakfast sandwich.

Today, we’re continuing to talk about breakfast—but this recipe is geared more towards the football crowd than the back-to-school crowd! These pork and egg breakfast pizzas are perfect for an early morning football party or tailgate party for one of those noon games that are inevitably on your team’s

Egg In A Hole Breakfast Sandwich

I’m sharing the fourth recipe in a delicious series! So far we’ve covered protein-packed snacks with these baked scotch eggs, veggies for breakfast with this  spring breakfast salad (would be delicious with your fav summer veggies) and a summertime dessert with this strawberry cookies and cream ice cream (no ice cream maker required!)

Today we’re talking about back-to-school breakfast ideas. Even though I don’t yet have a kid in school, I know how hard it is to get back into a morning routine once school starts up again. The trick to making ice cream without an ice cream maker is whipping the cream yourself to help infuse air into the recipe. The trick to making ice cream extra creamy, in my opinion, is adding egg yolks. The benefit of using Davidson’s pasteurized eggs is that you can mix the yolks right

Paleo Spring Breakfast Salad

From gluten-free to paleo to ketogenic, there’s no shortage of diets out there for people to follow. While there are some similarities between diets, there are also some major differences and as a Registered Dietitian, I believe they all have their pros and cons. It seems, however, no matter how you choose to eat, most people would agree that we should all be eating more vegetables!

Rich in fiber and nutrients, they’re a great addition to most diets. For most, it’s easy to add veggies to meals later in the day, like lunch and dinner, but many people overlook the opportunity to add vegetables to breakfast!

Enter this breakfast salad! Yes, this is a salad in the traditional sense of the word because it’s full of leafy

Baked Scotch Eggs with Guacamole

As a Registered Dietitian, I’m constantly touting the benefits of starting your day with a healthy breakfast. I’ve always been a breakfast lover and considering the fact that I pretty much HAVE to eat something within 15 minutes of waking up, I always find it somewhat baffling that there are people out there who don’t really care about breakfast. (Cough…my husband…cough). Say what?!

Luckily for me, my 15-month-old son has definitely inherited my love of breakfast. In fact, his love is so strong that if he decides he wants breakfast and you don’t have it ready in about 30 seconds, a total meltdown will inevitably ensue.

So, I do my best to plan ahead and make sure I have breakfast options cooked and ready in the fridge so that all I have to do is quickly heat them
