Safest Choice Eggs at the 2011 National Restaurant Association Show

The Safest Choice eggs team had a wonderful time at the 2011 National Restaurant Association Show held in Chicago on May 21-24. This year was one of our best yet. Our booth was always full of Safest Choice eggs team members and there was steady traffic coming by to sample our egg recipes and learn more about Safest Choice pasteurized eggs. Chef Tony cooked some great dishes the whole time and we were all excited to discuss our new product, cage free (and regular) hard-boiled peeled and ready to eat eggs.

We want to thank everyone who came by the Safest Choice eggs booth at the 2011 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago and for making this year such a great show. Safest Choice™ pasteurized shell eggs continues to grow as a brand, evidenced by the heavy traffic and excitement at our booth. Having a pasteurized shell egg allows chefs, foodservice operators and consumers to cook, serve and eat safe eggs anyway they like without concerns over Salmonella.
