Chef Giuliano Hazan Shares Favorite Recipes from New Cookbook
Safest Choice is proud to present three new Chef Giuliano Hazan recipes and how-to videos. Chef Giuliano took great care in selecting the next recipes he would share and decided on three of his family’s favorite recipes: a Frittata with Zucchini, Crema Bruciata (Italian Crème brûlée) and Il Diplomatico (a no-bake chocolate mousse cake).
Il Diplomatico is a rich and silky chocolate mousse cake that is one of Chef Giuliano Hazan’s favorite family recipes. This sure-to-please dessert is easy to make, because there is no baking required! You can find all of these delicious recipes, and many more, in Chef Giuliano’s new cookbook, Hazan Family Favorites.
Hazan Family Favorites celebrates delicious recipes from the Hazan family, prepared just as Giuliano prepares them for his own family today. The book includes 85 recipes for every course in the Italian meal, including Appetizers, Soups, Pastas and Rice, Meats and Seafood, and Sides and Desserts. With recipes from Swiss Chard Tortelloni to Strawberry Gelato to everything in between, Hazan Family Favorites offers an intimate look at this iconic family and their most beloved recipes.
