Method of Preparation
1. Combine cream cheese with chives in food processor or mixing bowl.
2. Spread 1 ounce of cream cheese mixture on half of each available bagel halves.
3. On plain bagel half, place one slice of Canadian bacon, then one fried egg.
4. Close sandwich, cut in half and serve.
