Method of Preparation
1. Whip the maple syrup and butter and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and milk.
3. Heat skillet (tilt, stove top, griddle). Put butter/margine or non-stick cooking spray on the griddle.
4. Dip the single interior side of the top and bottom of each roll in the egg mixture and place on the skillet. Using half of the cooking surface available, cook roll tops/bottoms until golden brown, making a French toast interior.
5. Using the remaining cooking surface, stack 1/2 ounce each of the turkey, ham and cheese (placed on top) directly on the grill to heat through and melt the cheese.
6. To assemble each slider: spread 1/2 oz of maple butter on the top of the toasted roll. Place the heated meat/cheese stacks on the bottom of each roll. Close sandwich or serve open faced.
