★★★★★  Me again...I learned something that I want to share.

I made this a second time for my family and didn't add eggs. They said it didn't taste as good. So I poured it all back into the Vita Mix and added 2 eggs. The result, my family reported, was much better!

I'm not making this up -- the eggs make a difference! They seemed helped the flavors meld together and added a richer flavor and velvety texture.

This is the second time I've had this smoothie and I love it! Perfect for this time of year.

★★★★★  I loved this! I have a VitaMix so I tossed in a whole Gala apple. Delicious and nutritious. :-)

★★★★★  This is really really good. The recipe makes large servings but I was ok with it because it's so good and good for you. I love that it has a lot of protein and fiber. I will definitely be making more of these.

Wow this is a really good recipe. Great autumn taste! I'm guessing there are lots of antioxidants in here too so I don't feel as guilty about drinking a lot of it. I added the apple for the extra fiber and didn't have any whipped cream. YUM!
