Ingredients
- 4 oz coffee liquor
- 3 oz Irish cream liquor
- 1 Safest Choice™ pasteurized egg(s)
- 2 1/2 c ice cubes
- whipped cream, chocolate covered peppermint stick, or shaved chocolate (optional)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients together in blender. Blend until desired consistency.
- Pour into a rocks glass and serve immediately.
- Top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate covered peppermint stick and shaved chocolate, if desired.
