Coffee Colada Recipe

Bold and creamy! It’s the egg that makes this iced coffee cocktail so silky smooth. It’s the coffee and cream liquors that give it its rich, bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz coffee liquor
  • 3 oz Irish cream liquor
  • 1 Safest Choice™ pasteurized egg(s)
  • 2 1/2 c ice cubes
  • whipped cream, chocolate covered peppermint stick, or shaved chocolate (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients together in blender. Blend until desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a rocks glass and serve immediately.
  3. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate covered peppermint stick and shaved chocolate, if desired.
