Waldorf Fizz Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Safest Choice™ pasteurized egg(s)
  • 6 lemons, sliced
  • 16 oz jar of honey
  • 1 pint of gin
  • 7-up

Preparation

  1. Whisk 6 eggs in a bowl and add the lemon slices.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Strain through a cheese cloth.
  4. Blend with a 16 ounce jar of honey and 1 pint of gin.
  5. Keep in a jar in the refrigerator.
  6. To use, shake the mixture first then add 1 shot to a glass of 7-up.
  7. Discard mixture after 24 hours.
