Ingredients

  • 1 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg white(s)
  • 1 1/2 oz Kappa™ Pisco
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura® Bitters

Preparation

Combine egg white, Kappa Pisco, fresh lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or preferably a coupe. Garnish with the dashes of bitters.
