Ingredients

  • 1 Davidson's Safest Choice® pasteurized egg(s)
  • 2 oz Ron Zacapa Rum
  • 1/2 oz Tia Maria® Liquor
  • 1/2 oz Licor 43® (vanilla liquor)
  • 1/2 oz heavy cream
  • 2 dashes Mole™ Bitters
  • freshly ground coffee (optional) to taste
  • freshly grated nutmeg (optional) to taste

Preparation

Combine the egg, rum, liquors, cream, and bitters into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or preferably a coupe. Garnish with freshly ground coffee or freshly grated nutmeg on top.
